Legal highs

legal highs are drugs that do not fall under the Misuse of Drugs Act.

Most are herbal (also called herbal highs) such as ephedrine, yohimbine and salvia divinorum, but some such are synthetic or processed.

Legal highs are often referred to as herbal highs and can be purchased from head shops.

There are many different methods of consuming legal highs, Some legal highs can be smoked in bongs or pipes, other legal highs can be swallowed, some legal highs can even be sniffed.

A bong, also commonly reffered to as a water pipe, is a smoking device, generally used to smoke tobacco or legal highs

How to use a bong with legal highs

First part fill the bong with water (or another suitable liquid).....

Then load your legal highs or smoke in the bowl and ignite it with a lighter (wind proof lighters are best for maximum effect).

The user ( or toker ) should then place their lips on the mouth piece of the bong to form a seal and inhale. If using a large bong the hit may be small and may contain little or no smoke, If a smaller bong is used the 1st hit is likely to contain a lot of smoke.

Most bongs have a small hole on the side often reffered to as a rush hole or shottie, this is blocked by the users thumb until they have filled the bong with a satisfactory amount of smoke. Once the bong chamber has been filled the finger is removed from the hole, drawing the smoke from the bong into the users lungs.
